First, these are not offical debian files, they are hosted on a
particular debian developer's home page. Second, they are in an 'old'
folder. And third, they are quite likely not meant to be Disk Copy
images, but images which can be copied to a floppy using dd. There are
instructions in the installation manual, which is required reading for
installs, for using these type floppy images under MacOS with Disk
