Why not just file a bug report?

I've not actually tried installing testing, but I don't always let
ignorance stop me;-).

I have installed Woody S/390, and I found the manual for that rather
startling. It's clearly cloned from the i386 instructions, and I'm sure
a lot of it is plain wrong. Unfortunately, I'm not current with S/390 or
zSeries hardware, so I can't be sure of just what's wrong. Floppies in a
mainframe seems an odd notion these days though.

Both are, I think, better than nothing, and unless I'm wrong there, then
I suggest the existing package should remain. If someone can collate
patches, so much the better.
