I've two server with sw RAID1

The first says:

In this case there is such a warning. The only difference with the first server I see is that hdb is an IDE slave (hde and hdg are masters). Check if your hdc is configured as a slave.

I would also try testing if you can boot whitout hda.

dmesg also ses:
Unexpected dirty buffer encountered at do_get_write_access:613 (09:00 blocknr 0)

Don't know about this one. I've nothing similar in my log.
