I want to fix #185014. My fix for this would change the soname of libdebconf, and so I think, why not take the time to scrap it, as per the discussion in http://lists.debian.org/debian-boot-0303/msg00405.html So, I want to drop libdebconf1 and add libdebconfclient0. This means that udebs using the C interface will have to be recompiled, but I think we can deal with that. Furthermore, I think I'll also add libdebconfclient0-udeb, since I think there's value in being able to have different versions of the lib available in transition periods.
