Bug#153282: mklibs: Don't impose constraints on what my cross tools are called

Would you please update the manual page as well?  I'd suggest
adding

 .TP
 \fB\-\-prefix \fIPREFIX
 Prefix GCC and binutils calls with \fIPREFIX\fR.

after the

 Use \fIEXTRADIR\fR to find extra libc files.

and changing

 \fB\-\-dry\-run\fR, \fB\-\-version\fR, and \fB\-\-target\fR options

to

 \fB\-\-dry\-run\fR, and \fB\-\-version\fR options
