I'm not sure that this information is useful for anyone, which is why I'm hesitant to have it in the manual. Keeping useless information makes it harder to find the useful information. Thus, I'd like to hear a reason why the user would want to rebuild the tarball before I commit to keeping it documented herein. Matt
