Log Message:
Remove stuff regarding creation of linux partitions using native
partitioning tools on Amiga and MacOS 68k (we want people to use
mac-fdisk instead). Re-enable the Atari section, from what it says
the partition types must be set correctly or mac-fdisk won't work.
Add new paragraphs on MacOS 9 / OS X partitioning recommendations.
