up-todatedness

Seems like we should be better at doing uploads when something has
changed:

udeb version in cvs version in sid needs upload
cdebconf 0.23 0.22 yes
anna 0.009 0.008 yes
choose-mirror 0.010 0.009 yes
grub-installer 0.0.2 0.0.1 yes
lilo-installer 0.0.2 0.0.1 yes

Not in the archive:

kdetect 0.1-2 n/a yes
lmod-detect-pci 0.5-2 n/a yes
partkit 0.02 n/a yes
cdrom-detect 0.02 n/a yes

autopartkit 0.02 n/a yes

OK:

file-retriever 0.004 0.004 no
rootskel 0.08 0.08 no

prebaseconfig 0.008 n/a yes

Anyhow, I doubt we'll have a working installer today.. I'll see what I
can do; the packages pulled off http://people.d.o/~tfheen/d-i seems to
work, but I'll need to put them into the structure of a full mirror.
I'll see what I can do, but no promises.
