Bug#157816: No /dev/sr[01] in m68k installer

The current Woody installer for m68k does not have device nodes
/dev/sr[01] for SCSI cdrom drives (/dev/sr[23] are there, though). In
order to install from 1st or 2nd cdrom drive, one has to manually "mknod
/dev/sr0 b 11 0" (or 1 resp.) on the 2nd console.
