Bug#149698: Dell 2650 & Debian boot

Hi!

More on this.

We also need the bcm5700 Gbits Ethernet driver. No more EtherPro100+ inside
this new Dell server. The doc was not clear. The bcm5700 card is for
10/100/1000.

I successfull installed the server now. I'm now testing it for stability.

I hope you will update the boot-disk for this server because without right
boot-disk, it's a pain.

---------

Yes, I do.

bf2.4 is the only one to boot but do not work with the MegaRAID card.

2.2.20 crash with MegaRAID driver (timeout).

I also discovered that the EtherExpressPro/100 (2 ports) shipped with the
server do not work with the EtherExpressPro/100 driver (with Kernel 2.4.18).
The driver is compiled in but do not show the card. lspci do not show the
card too.

We also have to compile kernel with:

Serverworks LE/HE support
ServerWorks OSB4/CSB5 chipsets support
