Please just put this on the top of install.fr.sgml, translated
appropriately:
<!-- whether this architecture has a floppy drive at all -->
<![ %s390 [ <!entity floppies "tapes"> ]]>
<!entity floppies "floppies">
I've done this for the two languages that reference this entity.
