Bug#139041: boot-floppies: [ARM] Looking for kernel in all the wrong places

In the "Install operating system and modules" step, the installer looks 
for netwinder/images-1.44/rescue.bin which doesn't exist.  There is 
netwinder/images-2.88/rescue.bin, so we perhaps need to look for that 
instead, or else need to generate images-1.44/rescue.bin.
