Bug#138369: boot-floppies: incorrect keystroke (alt-F4) for debug info given.

when in the Installing form network progress screen the window header
states that you may use alt-F4 to view debugging information. However
this is incorrect as the debugging info is actually on alt-F3.
I'm using bf2.4 floppies for i386 from testing.
The selected language was US english.
