Pleaes retry with a recent CVS build from
people.debian.org/~blade/boot-floppies/. If this does not help, then
send at least the logs (problem report option in dbootstrap).

Also try the Safe flavor first. I do not want to see any bug reports
caused by broken hardware, even if it is produced by IBM.
