Bug#126018: boot floppies touches /target/var/lib/dpkg/debbotstrap.invalidrelease.. on error

Package: boot-floppies

Once this file is touched (for example, as a result of trying to install 
the base system via a http proxy server that doesn't exist), nothing you 
do short of manually deleting the file or restarting the installation 
will allow you to proceed. Instead, you'll get the same message again 
and again even when the URL you've specified has a valid release file.
