no base*.tgz -- what files do I need?

Hello,

I'm currently attempting to install woody from floppies.
Unable to dial-in yet (need pppoe for that), I have to 
provide all files either by floppy or nfs.

But what files are necessary?
May I find a list somewhere, so that I can download them 
manually (or even using wget)?
