add boxProgress() a progress bar widget, nice for lengthy
operations like installing base and downloading files. This was taken and
modified from the one that rhirst wrote for extract_base.c, btw, extract_base
uses this widget now. vaproblemBox now malloc's 256 chars, some of the failure
messages from the new net-fetcher are long, we need more space.
