Package: install
Version: 2.2r3-sparc

I was installing debian on a Sun sparcstation 20.
at the end of the install the /boot dir looked like :

-rw-r--r--    1 root     root       320907 Jun 22 22:32 System.map-2.2.19-sun4cdm
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root         1024 Jun 22 22:32 cd.b
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root         5240 Jun 22 22:32 config-2.2.19-sun4cdm
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root         1024 Jun 22 22:32 fd.b
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root          512 Jun 22 22:32 first.b
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root          796 Jun 22 22:32 ieee32.b
drwxr-xr-x    2 root     root        12288 Jun 22 22:29 lost+found
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root         7680 Jun 22 22:32 old.b
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root        58368 Jun 22 22:32 second.b
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root        55850 Jun 22 22:32 silotftp.b
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root          512 Jun 22 22:32 ultra.b
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           22 Jun 22 22:45 vmlinuz -> vmlinuz-2.2.19
							^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root       882316 Jun 22 22:32 vmlinuz-2.2.19-sun4cdm

and silo.conf is :
partition=1
root=/dev/sda4
timeout=100
image=1/vmlinuz
label=linux
read-only

so the box was unable to boot because of the broken symlink :(

suggestion : fix it ;-)

As far as we know, all these problems were fixed in the Woody
versions, so I'm closing this bug. Let me know if you still get it.
