What's missing is the modules package in unstable or testing.

The pcmcia-cs package is also lagging the i386 package (3.1.27-3) by
quite a bit, and, strangely, is even older (3.1.22-0.1potato <
3.1.22-0.2potato) than the Potato version.

Anthony, please mark this as a base-freeeze issue for PowerPC.

Here's the elmo output for reference:

<aph@auric:pcmcia-cs> elmo -d unstable pcmcia
pcmcia-cs unstable 3.1.22-0.1potato powerpc
