This is happening because Adam committed the rescue-boot.sgml update I sent
independently of the other updates in that 'Phase 2' block. dbootstrap.sgml
was to have been removed completely, and its contents went partially into
rescue-boot.sgml, hence the conflict. Probably should just roll back the
rescue-boot.sgml update and wait until we get the whole batch completed.
