debian-installer question
I grabbed the latest debian-installer out of CVS, and after removing -di
from the names of the packages in build/lists/base and build/lists/net
(since apparently recently the -di packages related to the kernel have been
folded back into the regular packages) managed to run make and build the
floppy filesystem.
I then ran a make floppy_image and it built the net-1440.img file. I dd'd
that to a floppy, and tried to boot off of it.
It got to the syslinux prompt, and I hit enter. I got the loading initrd
message, then the loading linux message, but then I got:
No setup signature found ...
Anyone know what the problem might be?
