Can you please report that to the right list, like debian-68k or
linux-mac68k.

Do you have another 2.2.19 kernel image which works fine or what tells you
you have found a bug? It might as well be a "feature" of the mac hardware.
Did you check the mac68k supported hardware page?
Did you try to boot a 2.4.x kernel? I think there was some big progress wrt
mac support in the 2.4 series, but you should check that with the mac gurus
on the linux-mac68k mailinglist.
