French install manual not building

Hi,

saspconvert: fr/boot-new.sgml:166 (input line 4708): identifier `boot-dev-select-sun' is undefined
make[3]: *** [install.fr.txt] Error 1

Everything else up to that point worked, so I'm assuming it's really a
problem in that file... someone should look into it :)
