Bug#126030: [alpha] boot-floppies eb164 milo hangs when lanuched by ARC linload.exe

when the eb164 milo is loaded and launched via ARC bios and linload.exe, it
hangs at the point it 'reset's the video from ARC blue to milo 'loading'.

The potato eb164 milo works OK still.
