mega patch from Chris Tillman <tillman@azstarnet.com>
move around sections in all languages so they match english, including
but not limited to: dbootstrap -> rescue-boot, dbootstrap -> partitioning,
partitioning -> preparing, inst-methods -> appendix
dbootstrap.sgml (schrittweise.sgml in de) is now gone, replaced by
kernel.sgml and boot-new.sgml
a few bug fixed by me
