Indeed, pcmcia.tgz within the drivers.tgz is almost empty, so something
dodgy's happening there. Unpacking pcmcia-cs_*.deb from the archive
seems to get a little bit further.

FWIW, if you want to hack your way around this, you can copy

	pool/main/p/pcmcia-cs/pcmcia-cs_3.1.28-2_i386.deb

into /target (it's 233k, so should fit on a spare floppy fine), then
unpack it by running:

	cd /target
	ar -p pcmcia-cs_3.1.28-2_i386.deb data.tar.gz | zcat | tar -xf -

You might be better of waiting until Adam can get a 3.0.13 with this
fixed out though.
