I installed debian with boot-floppies version 3.0.11 on a p66-system.
There it showed the same screen for about 2 minutes without changes. On
the second console I could see that it is examinating the downloaded
packages with dpkg. Perhaps a user without much knowledge could think
that the installer crashed/is hanging and restart the machiene.
Perhaps the installer should tell the user which package he is currently
looking at, after download.
