Hm,

is debian/changelog the right file now for woody, 
when it starts with:

boot-floppies (2.3.5) unstable; urgency=low

because the date is from:

-- Adam Di Carlo <aph@debian.org>  Wed, 30 May 2001 23:26:00 -0400 ?

and there are no other timestamps.
