Is SYSLINUX used anywhere on b-fs or the CD images? I noticed that syslinux is a Debian package (Section: base), but I'm not sure if it's even used. Also, I'm a bit concerned that Debian distributes version 1.48 (Dec 1999) while upstream is at 1.62 now (with the capability to boot from CD-ROMs).
