incorrect conflicts prevent installation

This package contains:

 Conflicts: kernel-image-2.2.18pre21-idepci (<< 2.2.18pre21-idepci),
            kernel-image-2.2.18pre21-idepci (>> 2.2.18pre21-idepci)

However, the current kernel in Potato is
kernel-image-2.2.18pre21-idepci_2.2.18pre21-2.deb .  This triggers the
conflicts, making the kernel with its corresponding pcmcia-modules
package uninstallable.

The same may be true with the -compact version, not sure.
