Bug#84281: Modconf does not support 2.4.(0,1) kernels

Modconf does not find 2.4.1 kernel modules.

prompt->modprobe -l
/lib/modules/2.4.1/kernel/drivers/net/dummy.o
Note the same configuration with 2.2.18 kernel has a net entry with the
dummy driver...
