This is just here temporarily. It's a 2.4.0 kernel config with almost all
modules turned on, and initrd built in.
Many of the choices I made were arbitrary, unresearched, and probably bad.
Once Herbert comes up with an official debian 2.4.0 kernel image, I hope to
use it with minimal changes. Until then, I need something to play with, and
this is it.
