new lilo with debconf (PLEASE probe it out)

Hello!

I made the debconfized lilo package available to all at
http://people.debian.org/~risko/

You can use the following apt lines:
deb http://people.debian.org/~risko ./
deb-src http://people.debian.org/~risko ./

Please install lilo package after apt-get update.

This WON'T run lilo, so you can probe it out without any data loss.
After you verify the lilo.conf what the script made you can run lilo
by hand. (But please back up everything, no warranty ;)) )
