termwrap is a "terminal wrapper", this is necessary for i18n of
boot-floppies because the vanila console can not show characters
in some language such as Japanese.

termwrap is copied from scripts/basedisks/termwrap in the boot-floppies
code by basedisks.sh

"/etc/environment" file is created by dbootstrap.
See "utilities/dbootstrap/baseconfig.c:  write_environment();" for detail.

If your system does not have that file, then you probably failed to do
"Configure the Base System" stage well in dbootstrap (main install utility).
It should be created in this stage.

Regards.
