The root installation documentation page has a number of broken links.

The page currently at .../doc/index.html (and currently at
) has a link labeled "Release Notes" to doc/release-notes.en.html
), but there is nothing at that URL.

Also missing are:
- .../doc/dselect-beginner.txt (the link labeled "text" under 
  "dselect Beginner's Guide")
- .../doc/dselect-beginner.pdf
