Bug#67888: netwinder/arm port shouldn't ask about maintaining 2.0 compatability

Ok, granted.  But how do I know the machine is a netwinder and not a say
Acorn box?  I can't use "if arch != arm".  For the moment I've added some
text to the arm port.
