Package: Slink
Version: 2.1.12

I am attempting to install Slink on a Toshiba 470CDT.

The rescue floppy gives the initial two LOADING ....... messages, and then
the system reboots before going on to what should be the next part of the
install .

I have found reports of this same problem on other Toshiba laptops that were
fixed by using the TECRA images. This had no effect for me. I get exactly
the same recursive reboot with every disk image I've tried.

Since the search function is down on the Debian site, I have been
unsuccessful at locating any information to fix this install problem.

That is almost always a syslinux problem. Since so many of these were
fixed after slink release, I'm going to assume your problem is fixed
as of the new Potato release. Let us know if not, and I can reopen
the bug.
