Bug#66193: NetGear FX310TX problems with Tulip driver.

The tulip driver that comes with the frozen boot floppies
fails to initialize a NetGear FA301TX NIC. The module loads
cleanly but the card is unuseable. This is also true of the
tulip driver in the kernel-image-2.2.15 package. One must
use the tulip.c provided by NetGear to recompile the tulip
module in order for the card to work.
