Bug#66104: PCMCIA configuration can halt installation procedure

During the dialog part, at the stage where we are about to be given the
opportunity to select drivers (i.e., modules), there is an alternate
choice, something along the lines of "configure PCMCIA modules". Selecting
this option seens to halt the procedure: after the menus are drawn,
I couldn't figure out how to move the cursor to make a choice or to exit.
(I had to switch VTs and issue "kill").
