Smart Array Compaq & disk-boot 2.2.15

Hello!

I've a Compaq server with a Smart Array 221 RAID Card. I'm curently using 
the last 2.2.15 boot-disk (on CDROM) with kernel-image 2.2.15pre20.

How to select the Compaq RAID card at boot? Curently the system do not 
automaticly discover the RAID card as for the AMI or Mylex ones.

Can you please answer me directly on my email as I'm not registered on 
the debian-boot list.
