Here is another update for the defaults.ent file. _All_ files in the bf
distribution directories now have <url> entities... which probably
includes superfluous and out of date stuff, please ensure that the bf
dirs are free of cruft so that there is no confusion between the docs
and reality.
Doc writers and translators will probably want to have a look at
defaults.ent for new entities to use (e.g., per subarch non-Debian
installation files and docs).
