That would probably be best, it also does a better job of exposing new
users to how Debian operates (lotsa special topic lists).
Attached to this message is a first run at the idea.
Giving both email addresses, and explaining which to use when, takes up
more space than a single help screen can comfortably hold. I've placed
half of the current f9.txt in f8.txt and added -boot info, turned f9.txt
into a more general introduction to Debian mailing lists, and modified
f1.txt accordingly. I don't like reading long diffs, so I sent both the
new f9.txt and the diff. The originals where fetched from CVS about 8
hours after you added the CTRL-L to them.
