Package: boot-floppies
Version: 2.2.8
Severity: important

I've installed Debian on Compaq Proliant 3200 and Xeon with Mylex disk array.
The boot floppies lack support for disk arrays.
I think the cpqarray.o and DAC960.o have to be compiled statically into kernel.

I've marked this bug as 'important', because I hadn't install the Debian
without troubles (compiling own kernel, etc.)

Since this is supported in 2.2.9 and 2.2.10 with the 'compact' flavor,
etc., I'm closing this bug.
