Debconf 0.3.10 in woody will no longer build a debconf-tiny package. Instead the package is split into debconf and debconf-doc. So any build of boot-floppies for woody will need to put debconf in base, rather than debconf-tiny. The new stripped-down debconf package is 36k compressed. Compare to 145k for the old debconf package, and 22k for the old debconf-tiny package. -- see shy jo
