Bug#61373: install path must end with / if it's symlink

(Sorry, first send was without package-name and version)

During installation of potato base system, when I'm installing from
harddisk, and I give path to Debian archive. Last part of path is
symlink to actual location of My debian mirror. If path is not ending
with /, files won't be found. With / at end, it work's fine.
