Bug#61229: boot-floppies: lilo.conf refers to /boot instead of /

This is not a good idea as I explained to Karl Hegbloom in #59241. The
reason is that people who used kernel-image packages from slink will have
their system broken by this as their lilo.conf probably expects the link
to be in /.

BTW, the kernel source is only installing under /boot because we (as in
Debian) are telling it to do so via /sbin/installkernel. If that script did
not exist, or did something else, the kernel source would be installing
under / just like kernel-image.

Anyway, the only reason to put the symlink under /boot is cosmetic, and it
causes grief for users upgrading kernel-image packages, therefore I don't
think it's a good idea to change it, especially at this point in time.
