That's not true. If you show you are competent (i.e., send some
patches to this list, patches which are good, useful, and against the
newest CVS versions), then we can give out pserver accounts on
boot-floppies CVS.

Randolph is working on this. Coordinate with him. He is on
#debian-boot much of the time.
