Bug#58009: marked as done (Keyboard keymap)

I choose fr-latin-1 keyboard while installing a new debian system.
Before the first reboot, the keymap is correct. After the first reboot
(the one in the installation procedure), the keyboard is correct. But
after the second reboot (and any others...) the keyboard is no more
correct. It's still a azerty keyboard but not the correct one. 

For the installed system, I changed in /etc/init.d/keymaps.sh 
EXT=kmap by EXT=map. This cures my problem but I don't know if it's
correct for everybody.

We believe the bug you reported has been fixed as of the Potato boot flopppies,
version 2.2.8.  Please let us know if not.

Remember that often bugs are filed against boot-floppies, when the should
be filed against modconf, base-config, kernel-image-2.2.14, or other
related packages.  Please do you best to track down which package is the 
culprit when creating bugs.
