Dbootstrap is broken (mounting of proc)

G'day

Current CVS dbootstrap is broken. When run, it just sits in a loop
complaining about "proc is not mounted". Can't do anything at this
point apart from hit the reset button.

I'm no coder, but I see from the CVS logs that mounting of proc
was removed from busybox/init.c and shifted to /etc/init.d/rcS on
the root disk. It's obviously not working.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
