Bug#57490: apt configuration should probably not add the deb-src line ?

Some mirrors may not have source (i.e., local mirrors) so I wonder
if it's wise to add the deb-src line in /etc/apt/sources.lists when
http is used.

I suggest that it be added, but commented out.
